The Create It portion of the visionary award is about creating an artistic vision of our GirlTopia. This is a world where all people are treated as equals of each other, and all the different people of the world come together to form one community with a common goal: equality and equal opportunities.
We had to have a big message and a meaning to our project, and all of that info is on the page.

Introduction

Hello Readers, Bloggers, and Leaders!

We are troop 60435, and this blog is about our Senior Girl Scout Journey titled GirlTopia. GirlTopia is about learning to lead and women's rights and equality. This blog is for anyone, whether you are interested in developing your leadership and group working skills, or in learning about the feminist movement around the world. We have already done a blog as a part of our Silver Award called Just Kidding Just Hurts (click here). It was about promoting peace and kindness in younger children to prevent bullying later on in their lives. This blog is more about learning how to lead and treating everyone as equals.  Our final goal is to make our readers more aware about the struggles that women face day-to-day and help them accept everyone with equal opportunities for all.  By working together and including and accepting everyone, we can lead the world to equality.
